Job Opportunity: Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced trainer to lead official Microsoft training courses for MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant). As a certified and seasoned professional, you will deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to the needs of finance, operations, and inventory teams.

  • Design and implement customized training programs that align with SMB workflows and industry-specific business models.
  • Develop and deliver hands-on labs and scenario-driven workshops to facilitate practical learning.
  • Provide certification preparation services, including mock exams and practical exercises.
  • Offer post-training support for Business Central adoption, reporting, and ROI optimization.
Required Skills And Qualifications:

A valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential with MB-800 certification is essential. Additionally, we require:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or Business Central roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering Microsoft training and consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, inventory management, and business workflows.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site training engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, operations, and reporting is desirable. Familiarity with Power Platform, extensions, and integrations would be an added advantage.

  • Ability to create multimedia and interactive training content.
  • Experience in course development, examination, and assessment.
