Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be working closely with clients to troubleshoot software issues, answer their questions, and provide guidance on how to maximize the value of our software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve software-related issues.
  • Document and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Requirements:
  • Essential:
    • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
    • 2-5 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk environment.
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Organized with task management and deadline meeting capabilities.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Desirable (but not required):
    • Real estate software knowledge or industry familiarity.
    • Accounting principle understanding.
