Senior Product Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our buying department, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
About The Role- Product Sourcing: Research and identify potential suppliers and products that align with market trends and consumer demands.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with our inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess stock.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze cost structures and negotiate with suppliers to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
- Forecasting: Work with our planning team to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and trend analysis.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust buying strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, visual merchandising, and retail teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or category management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems (e.g. SAP).
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong understanding of retail math and KPIs (e.g., sell-through, gross margin, turns).
