We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Junior Accountant.

Job Summary

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the company's financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
  • Assist in submitting salary tax, income tax returns, withholding tax, and sales tax.
  • Oversee the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
  • Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes.
  • Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent degree in the relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a bookkeeper.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
