Job Description:

Fusion Group of Companies, based in Karachi, Pakistan, operates in the dynamic apparel and fashion industry. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Accountant to join our team and support our mission of delivering high-quality garments to local and international markets.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Accountant in managing and overseeing the accounting department.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and recommend improvements to financial processes.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and tax filings.

EXPERIENCE IN TEXTILES PREFERRED

EXPERIENCE IN ERP FINANCIAL AND MANUFACTURING MODULE PREFERRED

- Supervising the accounting team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure timely closing of financial periods and month-end reporting.

Job Specification:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
