We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about marketing and have a strong understanding of the apparel industry.

This role requires a blend of marketing coordination, technical follow-ups, and documentation management in the apparel domain. The ideal candidate will be able to gather SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) and consumption data against inquiries and coordinate follow-ups with Industrial Engineering (I.E) and Garment Group Teams (GGT).

The successful candidate will develop and coordinate Black/White (B/W) and All White (A/W) trims, ensuring proper follow-up from MMC against confirmed orders. Additionally, they will actively manage and monitor sampling progress regarding development, fitting, pre-production (PP), and salesman samples.

This position involves executing and maintaining proper documentation of each order, including sales orders, dispatch orders, and related files. The candidate will also handle dispatching and record-keeping of fabric and design samples, handlooms, lab dips, and other related materials.

Maintaining high interdepartmental coordination is crucial to ensure timelines and standards are consistently met. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) and consumption data against inquiries
