Job Title: Industrial Operations Specialist

As an Industrial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and improving production processes, implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, collaborating with quality assurance teams, developing and implementing process automation solutions, managing projects related to process improvements, machinery upgrades, and production scalability, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues, overseeing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with quality assurance teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement process automation solutions.
