Senior Human Resources Manager

This position oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting business needs by interviewing candidates and arranging technical interviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports recruitment and selection process by conducting thorough interviews and coordinating with hiring teams to ensure smooth candidate experiences.
  • Updates HR manager on status of shortlisted candidates for placing offers, ensuring timely communication and minimal delays.
  • Negotiates offer letters with selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepares welcome kits for new employees, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Coordinates with IT department to arrange laptops and necessary equipment for new hires, streamlining the onboarding process.
  • Involves in the complete onboarding process, providing orientation and training to new employees.
  • Ensures all new employees are aware of company policies and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manages the creation of bank accounts, employee cards, and medical insurance cards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintains Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring checks and balances are in place to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Assesses training needs and coordinates learning and development initiatives, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  • Tracks training evaluations and presents reports to HR manager and management, informing strategic decisions.
  • Ensures leave management system operates smoothly, resolving employee queries and concerns.
  • Measures employee retention and turnover rates, providing valuable insights for HR strategies.
  • Oversees daily operations of the HR department, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
