Job Title: Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the user experience of digital products.

Your primary focus will be on writing high-quality content that guides users smoothly and intuitively through various digital interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure that content aligns with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create microcopy for UI elements, such as buttons, tooltips, and error messages.
  • Develop clear and engaging content for websites, apps, and digital products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Evaluate accessibility and inclusivity in content.
  • Write onboarding flows, in-app messages, and instructional content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong communication skills to defend content choices based on research and best practices.
  • Ability to create content that aligns with information architecture and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and storytelling.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with a commitment to excellence.
