We are looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team and help drive business growth and efficiency through the strategic use of the Odoo platform.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements, leveraging your expertise in Odoo configuration and customization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, developing a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
  • Odoo Module Configuration: Configure Odoo modules to align with client requirements and business processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and end-users on Odoo applications, empowering them to get the most out of their investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical developers to ensure successful implementation of Odoo solutions, leveraging expertise to drive project success.
  • Documentation and Communication: Assist in preparing project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals, to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Platform Innovation: Stay updated on the latest features and developments in the Odoo platform, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 end-to-end implementations in Odoo SH, SaaS, and community versions, demonstrating expertise and versatility.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Odoo certification(s), demonstrating expertise and commitment to the platform.
  • Experience with other ERP systems or business applications, showcasing adaptability and breadth of knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development, with the ability to apply iterative and incremental approaches to deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in SQL Database Management for data manipulation within Odoo, with the ability to extract insights and inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting in Odoo, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in writing and executing test cases to ensure quality of customizations and developments, with a focus on delivering defect-free solutions.
