Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks
• Lead and resolve technical issues through thorough Root Cause Analysis
• Develop and maintain knowledge management systems for optimal performance
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure network stability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecom industry
• Hands-on experience with CS Core domains, including CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE
• Understanding of Mobile Call Flows and Protocols, including MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter, and LDAP
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
