We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Accounts / Finance or ACCA and at least 02 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting System Development
  • General Ledger Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the manager in the development and functioning of the accounting system, recording and reporting all financial transactions as per generally accepted accounting principles. They will also record entries in the general ledger module and assist in periodic updating of the chart of accounts.

Financial Reporting

The candidate will prepare monthly opening and closing processes of different modules in the general ledger module, importing data from respective ERP modules to update the general ledger module on a timely basis. They will also generate financial and other reports including Trial Balance, Grouping, and Account Analysis from the ORACLE based ERP system.

Data Management

The Deputy Manager will record journal vouchers in the ERP system, collect and maintain supporting documents from different departments, and prepare data for responses to queries/discrepancies relating to the general ledger as received from internal/external audit.
