Job Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with various departments to create comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with the Institute's goals and work closely with stakeholders to assess needs and provide financial insights that inform budget decisions.
  2. Continuously track financial performance against established KPIs and benchmarks.
  3. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  4. Prepare accurate, timely financial reports and utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) to deliver insightful reports that facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
  5. Support the Finance team in its digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and implementing new tools, processes, and systems. Contribute to streamlining financial workflows and ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
Job Specifications

The ideal candidate should be a CA Finalist with at least 02 years of working experience in FP&A, preferably in an ERP environment.

Skills Required

Must be proficient in MS Office, preferably should have a good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and possess good analytical and management skills.
