Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Islamabad
Work Model: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and champion innovative solutions to drive sales transformation and analytics projects forward.
  • Leverage analytical expertise to understand client requirements, identify opportunities, and guide analysis through collaborative workshops.
  • Craft functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and estimates for specific developments, ensuring rigorous risk assessment practices are followed.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
  • Analyze modules to be implemented and configure setup options to meet client needs.
  • Engage customers in user acceptance planning and execution phases.
  • Demonstrate autonomous analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to drive results.
  • Understand the business operations of our clients and communicate data issues that impact decision-making effectively.
  • Prioritize customer experience and deliver tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong background in analytical work and business analysis.
  • Experience manipulating data to derive insights and communicating complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Background in managing functional workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ability to handle end-to-end project delivery lifecycle including project mobilization, process design, system configuration & customization, testing, integration, data migration, deployment, and business adoption activities.
  • Proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of FMCG commercial processes such as Trade Promotion Management/Retail Execution/Sales Force Automation /Revenue Growth Management is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, and SQL – Python skills are an asset.
  • Client-centric approach and attitude.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical workstreams.
  • Creative thinking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
