The Motive organization is seeking a skilled professional to serve as a key practitioner in its global HRIS system, Workday. This role will play a vital part in maintaining data quality and reinforcing data governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to detail project requirements for reports or enhancements in Workday.
  • Document solutions, create process workflows in PowerPoint or Lucid charts and receive knowledge transfer from the Workday consultant.
  • Engage with the Workday community to learn about new technical functionality released in the system and provide guidance to stakeholders on system capability.
  • Develop and deliver Workday reports and training as needed.
  • Perform Workday audits to ensure accuracy, including timely Manager Self Service approvals, and verify all managers have supervisory orgs.
  • Respond to basic questions about Workday processes and conduct tier 1 troubleshooting and/or escalate issues to Workday or function lead.
  • Provide general tasks in Workday, such as loading data, creating reports, configuring security, business processes, and adding/updating job codes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on customer service.
  • Show initiative and identify process improvements without being asked.
  • Maintain exceptional confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role.
