Job Description

The Corporate Assistant will provide administrative support to senior executives, handling tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and communication coordination. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Preparation and Editing: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication Coordination: Coordinate and manage communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
  • Meeting Support and Follow-up: Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Research and Data Compilation: Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives: Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Liaise with international clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Experience: Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Languages: Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance industry.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Experience
  • Administrative Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • International Experience: Proven experience in dealing with international companies and stakeholders.
Working Hours
  • Time Zone: 12:00PM-9:00PM (PKT)
