Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Study Abroad Consultant to lead our student advisory services in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will provide personalized guidance to students and parents on universities, programs, scholarships, and visa procedures.

About the Role
  • This position requires excellent communication, advisory, and organizational skills, along with prior experience in counseling or international education.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong network of connections with schools, colleges, universities, and career counselors.
Responsibilities
  1. Provide one-on-one consultations to students and parents on academic, financial, and career aspirations.
  2. Assist with applications, documentation, essays, and interview preparation for study abroad programs.
  3. Represent the company at schools, colleges, universities, career fairs, and education expos.
  4. Build relationships with school administrators, principals, teachers, and career counselors.
  5. Conduct engaging presentations, seminars, and workshops on global education opportunities.
  6. Supervise and mentor counseling staff to ensure high-quality student advisory services.
  7. Maintain detailed student records in the CRM system and track application progress.
  8. Stay up-to-date on international education trends and provide expert advice to students.
  9. Prepare reports on student applications, outreach activities, and performance metrics.
  10. Ensure compliance with university policies, embassy requirements, and visa regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months or 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling (leadership experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and confidence in public speaking.
