Senior Manager - Strategic Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our strategic planning efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies that align with our business goals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies that drive business growth and success.
  • Benchmark company performance against regional and internal players to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and review key performance indicators to ensure they are aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Prepare financial plans for strategic projects and provide advisory services to senior management.
  • Analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to inform decision-making.
  • Lead the development of business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress and achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a reputable university or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a strategy or management consulting role.
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through strategic planning and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • MBA from reputed university Or Qualified ACCA / CA / CPA with relevant experience

  • Expert in Business case preparation, Data Modelling and Forecasting
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively engage multiple stakeholders and manage conflicts
  • Data visualization and charting in Power-point.
