The role of Senior UI/UX Designer is an exciting opportunity to create innovative and user-friendly experiences that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled designer with a passion for creating customer-focused design and market-leading user experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting comprehensive end-user and market research to identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Developing creative solutions to enhance the overall product UI and UX, ensuring seamless interactions and intuitive navigation.
  3. Designing and implementing scalable design systems that incorporate reusable components, consistent typography, color palettes, grid systems, and interactive elements.
  4. Maintaining and updating existing design systems to align with evolving brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user needs.

You will be working closely with stakeholders to understand their design needs and presenting new ideas to internal and external teams. Your expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator will enable you to create high-fidelity app designs and supporting assets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your user-centered UX/UI Mobile/Web-based design skills.
  • Hands-on experience in PhotoShop and Illustrator to create design components and supporting assets.
  • Proficiency with design tools including Figma, PhotoShop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A clear understanding of UX design systems, patterns, layouts, and UX problem-solving.
