Job Title: Business Development Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls and engage with potential leads professionally.

  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or call center roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are required.
  • Ability to work efficiently during night shifts is necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is beneficial.
  • Candidates must be based in Karachi or willing to relocate/commute.
