This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

Delivering roadmap, delivery strategies, support, implementation, and design services for email services (on-premises and cloud), Microsoft Active Directory, and Windows-based systems across the enterprise is key.

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, planning, upgrades, implementation, and support services of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Exchange servers to ensure seamless business operations.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in computer science, EE, or computer engineering, with solid knowledge of end-user computing, networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, MS Office365, licensing, collaboration tools, problem-solving skills, team player attitude, and ability to work under pressure.

This position also involves managing Office365 cloud operations, Active Directory synchronization, email services, and enterprise mobility suite.

  • Requirements:
  • BE in Computer Science, EE, or Computer Engineering
  • Office365 admin certification
  • Solid knowledge of end-user computing, networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange, DNS, DHCP
  • Understanding of MS Office365, Licensing, collaboration tools
  • Problem-solving skills and team player attitude
