Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our presence in the pharmaceutical industry, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Territory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  3. Team Development: Collaborate with the training department to develop and implement sales training programs that enhance skills and knowledge of sales teams.
  4. Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
  5. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
