Job Title: Enrollment and Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Human Resources Manager to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will be innovative, technology-savvy, and able to work in various time zones as needed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Bulk charges: verifying family records, communicating with sites regarding current charges, schedule changes, and terminations.
  • Updating records with accurate schedules, ensuring first-month deposits and void cheques are received during orientation.
  • Subsidies: checking records, statements of payment from the government, notifying parents of expiring subsidies.
  • Third-party invoicing: sending invoices mid-month to ensure timely payment.
  • Promotions: notifying parents of expiring promotions that will incur full tuition fees.
  • Outstanding balances: monitoring balances, emailing/calling parents for payment status, and notifying sites of pending payments.
  • Reviewing unpaid invoices, sending reminders to parents, and updating applications with payments made.
  • Preparation of 'tuition tracking' spreadsheets and reasonability tests.
  • Serving as a contact for site inquiries and claim adjustments.
  • Collections: investigating outstanding balances from past years, reviewing accounts for follow-up with parents.
  • Submitting regular claims to the relevant authorities.

Key specifications include:

  • A remote office setup with a secured internet connection, suitable computer, telephony, and virtual call applications.
  • 5+ years finance management experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
