Operational Project Manager

As an Operational Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Fulfillment by Daraz (FBD) operations across Pakistan. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless service level delivery and drive project management initiatives to elevate seller and customer experience.

You will collaborate closely with Commercial teams to align inbound shipments and scale FBD adoption. This includes managing key performance indicators such as service levels, inventory health, utilization, clearance, and space allocation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to drive process improvement initiatives. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage FBD operations across PK, including inbound and outbound processes, service level delivery, seller experience, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to promote FBD growth and health.
  • Identify performance gaps in warehouse operations and develop programs to close these gaps.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory health, utilization, clearance, and space allocation.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to elevate seller and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Discipline, preferably Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience handling business stakeholders and project management in a tech or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, and Basic SQL knowledge.
