Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Professional to join our team as a Multilingual Chat Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via chat, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
About the Role:
- Chat Support: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
- Troubleshooting: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses and meeting performance metrics.
- Documentation: Document customer interactions, feedback, and concerns to facilitate continuous improvement in our support processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- CRM Software Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software and chat support platforms is a plus.
- Education: Graduation Fresher / Under graduation.
