Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to work on digital platforms, specializing in web and mobile applications.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web and app projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop technical and functional documentation such as SRS and FSDs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and manage expectations.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital/web/app environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with working with JIRA.
