Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing transformational projects for the digitalization of government programs and integrations with various payments ecosystem actors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Execution
    • Develop and implement digital transformation initiatives and programs, including social safety net digitization, digital payment integration, automation of revenue-generating value chains, and enhancement of government service delivery systems.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Project Delivery
    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution within agreed scope and resources.
  • Partnership Development
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with government partners, consultants, and service providers.
  • Procurement Support
    • Support procurement-related activities and perform other assigned tasks to ensure seamless execution of all running projects.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing or supporting digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in handling public sector or donor-funded projects is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks, IT systems, and technology solutions.
