Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer proficient in the MERN stack to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, both SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with software as a service (SaaS) products.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design and optimize data storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Utilize version control systems, particularly Git, for efficient code management.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of SaaS-based products.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and Large Language Models is an advantage.
  • Experience in deploying and managing web applications.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with web application frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with SaaS-based product development.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to writing clean, readable, and maintainable code.
