Product Manager


About the Role:

The Product Manager is responsible for product development and marketing through creation, maintenance of competitive product/market comparisons, and working closely with clients and prospects to gauge market conditions.

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and markets.
  2. Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development and launch strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
  4. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, positioning, and launch timing.
  5. Manage product launches from concept to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive product launch strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize new product opportunities and features.

• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and pricing decisions.

• Manage product-related communication, including press releases, product announcements, and sales materials.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product development and marketing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related role.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
