We are seeking a customer-centric individual to contribute to the revolution of the consumer wireless space. As a Product Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and defining a comprehensive CX strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Bridge: Act as the bridge between customers and various departments, ensuring a unified customer experience journey.
  2. CX Strategy: Define, shape, and implement a comprehensive CX strategy that encompasses all customer interactions.
  3. Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, products, and technology for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  4. Pain Point Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Customer Monitoring: Monitor and assess customer interactions to ensure adherence to the human-centered approach and brand values.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Empathy and Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated empathy and customer-centric mindset.
  4. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
  5. Flexibility: Flexibility to work in evening/night shifts, following EST time majorly.
  6. Proactive Attitude: Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
