This position is responsible for maximizing business from existing accounts and creating new accounts to achieve and exceed revenue/profitability targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales plans, building strong customer relationships, creating strategic account plans, and closing opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop Sales Plans: Develop sales plans in line with overall sales targets to ensure optimum revenue growth.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Built strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales activities, including building relationships at the Sr. Management level and expanding industry connections.
  • Create Strategic Account Plans: Create strategic account plans defining a clear growth strategy across and within covered accounts.
  • Closing Opportunities: Closing opportunities/sales by reinforcing business value and competencies.
About This Role:

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and have a passion for sales within a technology environment driving business value.

Key Requirements:
  • BCS or BBA-MIS Degree: BCS or BBA-MIS degree with 3-4 years of IT sales experience.
  • IT Sales Experience: Extensive experience in small to medium 'virtual' account teams-field sales, technical specialists, partners, and leading towards a common vision/strategy for each account.
  • Business Drivers Knowledge: Knowledge of business drivers within various vertical industry markets.
  • Microsoft Technologies: Understanding of Microsoft technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong business communication and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good relationship building and interpersonal skills.
