We're on the hunt for a technical expert to drive innovation and customer satisfaction in our solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting technical solutions, analyzing business processes, and developing production-ready integrations that seamlessly integrate with our customers' SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own post-sales technical onboarding: transform high-level use cases into detailed solution designs that meet customer needs.

  • Map complex business processes to API calls, data models, event triggers, and AI-powered automation flows that enhance customer experience.

  • Design, prototype, and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs that improve integration efficiency.

  • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work that guide project delivery.

  • Analyze live integrations, optimize performance, and write clear hand-off documents to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

  • Capture customer feedback and reusable templates to inform product and engineering roadmaps.

  • Train customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns to boost customer adoption.

Requirements

  • Fluency with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS.

  • Able to articulate complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool.

  • Proven skills in requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping.

  • Hands-on experience with writing agent code.

  • Proficiency in a popular language such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent real-world experience).
