About the Role

\

The Senior Accountant will work on Brazil and Mexico countries payroll processing, providing critical support to our Global Accounting Ops Center.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Payroll Processing: End-to-end processing of monthly payroll, including validation of reports from service providers and ensuring timely and error-free processing.
  • Variance Analysis: Researching variance reports and providing reasons for discrepancies in net pay.
  • Compliance: Focusing on compliance, improving, and streamlining payroll processes and procedures.
  • Routine Inquiries: Responding to employee and partner inquiries related to payroll.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals.

Requirements:

\
  • 7+ years of experience in Brazil or Mexico Payroll with large employee volumes and transactions.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Manual Payroll Processing.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Deadlines while maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

\
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
  • Advanced Degrees may Substitute up to two years of Work Experience.
