Business Analyst - SAP Record to Report

The Business Analyst - SAP Record to Report plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of financial records, complying with regulatory requirements and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews and other methods.
  • Develop and maintain business cases and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases and functional specifications.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are accurate and complete.
  • Application Design & Solution:
    • Participate in design sessions and contribute to the design of software applications.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept development to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
  • Implementation:
    • Implement and deploy solutions, including configuration and training end-users.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are properly implemented.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and improve business applications to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field (media, entertainment or streaming services industry experience is an asset).
  • Deep understanding of R2R processes and best practices in a Global SAP environment.
  • Undergraduate degree required in computer science, mathematics or business sciences.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
