Job Description:

This role is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of personnel, materials, and assets across all locations.

  • Direct message the job poster to discuss any concerns or issues

  • Maintain a high level of situational awareness to identify potential security threats and take prompt action to mitigate them

  • Conduct regular security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations

  • Implement and maintain ISO 28000:2022 certification standards

  • Optimize guard deployment to prevent theft, pilferage, and trespassing

  • Ensure emergency lanes and proper routing are maintained at all times

  • Oversee entry/exit documents for personnel and materials; maintain accurate records

  • Supervise CCTV monitoring and initiate timely response actions

  • Report incidents and suggest improvements to enhance security effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post-graduate degree in a relevant field

  • Strong background in security management, preferably with experience in supervising a team of security personnel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
