Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee employee relations, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Handle employee settlements, salary processing, and benefits administration in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, providing clear explanations and guidance.
  • Prepare and submit necessary HR-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage compensation, insurance, and medical records, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Process salary, bonus, and increment distributions promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve employee grievances and queries in a fair and timely manner.
  • Foster open communication with employees, understanding their concerns and addressing them proactively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Preference given to candidates with relevant experience.
