Job Description:
  • Oversee the daily activities of nursing staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and streamline departmental operations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance professional growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and provide informed guidance.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among staff members.

Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
