Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our fully remote team. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via chat, email, or phone.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support.

Requirements
