Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Finance team as a Financial Reporting Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial reporting systems, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of Financial Statements including disclosures and liaison with external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the development and implementation of reports with streamlined data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of reporting requirements with overall reporting infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to bank accounting policies and procedures for day-to-day accounting and reporting.
• Prepare accurate Quarterly/Audited Annual Financials and ensure submission to regulatory authorities and publication.
• Liaise with stakeholders in other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Liaise with external auditors and share necessary data on a timely basis.
• Stay current with latest IFRS, SBP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and reporting tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Qualification: ACA/ACCA/MBA-Finance or equivalent.
• Experience: 4-5 years in a similar role with focus on Financial Reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of business and products to prepare and design accurate reports.
