Financial Reporting & Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our Financial Reporting & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, including public accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Closing Activities: Perform monthly closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and reports for various business units.
  • Quarterly Reviews and Annual Audit: Prepare analyses for quarterly reviews and year-end audit.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for senior management and business partners.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present financial results to senior management and communicate with various groups within and outside the department.
  • Process Improvement: Coordinate the preparation of financials for statutory audits, review, and streamline/improve existing processes.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Experience: CA Finalist or CA qualified and public accounting experience preferred.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to learn quickly and apply accounting guidance to new and varied types of transactions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
