Job Summary:

A Business Development and Customer Success Leader drives growth, ensures customer satisfaction, and leads a team of sales representatives.

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing Market Trends
  • Developing Account Plans and Submitting Sales Reports to Evaluate Performance
  • Providing Guidance and Support to Junior Sales Representatives for Enhanced Collaboration
  • Maintaining Accurate Records of Sales Performance and Customer Interactions for Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Assisting with Technical Queries from Customers to Foster Trust and Loyalty
  • Evaluating Sales Strategies and Metrics for Continuous Improvement
  • Conducting Competitor Research and Analyzing Customer Preferences for Competitive Advantage
  • Identifying New Business Opportunities and Generating Leads through Proactive Outreach

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

3+ years of experience in Sales & Services

Hold a Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's Degree being preferred

Cultivate strong relationships with major customers to drive sales revenue and achieve business objectives by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
