Job Description:

This role is responsible for driving sales activities within a designated region through indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in the B2B conventional indirect sales channel.
  • Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with indirect sales partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management of both internal employees and partners.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in B2B sales management, preferably within the conventional indirect sales channel.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, channel management, and market dynamics.
