Provincial Manager-Baluchistan
A dynamic and challenging role awaits a highly experienced and skilled individual to manage multiple grants and programs in Baluchistan.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the organization in Baluchistan, managing stakeholder relations, and implementing projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the organization in Baluchistan for a GF Malaria grant, managing stakeholder relations, and program implementation.
  • Maintaining relations with government departments at provincial and district levels; facilitating official communications and agreements.
  • Collaborating with the SR to ensure program standards, addressing implementation gaps, and delivering quality outputs.
  • Assisting in identifying needs and developing proposals for new funding opportunities.
  • Facilitating strategic planning aligned with organizational guidelines.
  • Supervising administration, logistics, HR, and finance activities for compliance.
  • Ensuring achievement of program objectives as per grant agreements.
  • Implementing monitoring and evaluation procedures for transparency and impact measurement.
  • Managing timely submission of reports.
  • Providing technical support as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of management experience handling multiple grants and programs;
  • Effective interaction with stakeholders including communities, donors, and government agencies;
  • Skills in project/program implementation, monitoring, review, and evaluation;
  • Good understanding of finance, administration, logistics, and human resources;
  • Experience in proposal development, budget preparation, grants management, and donor reporting;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Masters in Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or equivalent; MBBS & MPH preferred.
