ERP Migration Specialist

We specialize in integrating and migrating enterprise systems to help businesses optimize their processes with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute ERP integration projects with a focus on migrating Oracle to Workday Finance and Billing.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable integration solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop, configure, and optimize Salesforce, Workday, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) to ensure seamless data transfer.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define migration strategies and ensure a smooth transition process.
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize system performance to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business operations to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in ERP integration, data migration, and enterprise system transformations.
  • Expertise in moving Oracle ERP to Workday Finance and Billing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Workday, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and API-based integrations.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance, billing processes, and enterprise system architecture.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and data migration challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project goals.
