About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Territory Sales Officer located in a specific region. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing distributions, sales, channel sales, business development, and sales management on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribution Management: Oversee the efficient distribution of products to various channels.
  • Sales: Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Sales Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Distribution Management and Sales skills: Proven experience in managing distributions and achieving sales targets.
  • Business and Channel Sales expertise: Strong understanding of business operations and sales channels.
  • Sales Management capabilities: Leadership skills and ability to motivate sales teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships: Build long-lasting relationships with customers and partners.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry (a plus): Prior experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field: Relevant academic background in business administration or a related field.
