We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Evening Call Center Representative for our UK campaign. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and packages.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  2. Handle incoming calls from customers in an efficient and professional manner.">
  3. Assist customers in booking travel arrangements according to their preferences.">
  4. Provide accurate information about travel destinations, prices, and availability.">
  5. Resolve customer complaints or concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.">
  6. Upsell additional services, such as travel insurance, to enhance customer experience.">
  7. Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and efficiently processed in the system.">
  8. Follow up with customers regarding any changes or updates to their travel itinerary.">
  9. Keep updated with industry trends and travel regulations to provide the most relevant information to customers.">
  10. Meet or exceed personal and team targets for customer satisfaction and sales.">
