Job Summary:

Elevate software quality and project outcomes as a senior Quality Assurance professional. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases, identifying and rectifying non-conforming elements within assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and report bugs and discrepancies in software projects.
  2. Assign tasks to QA engineers based on project priority set by Product Managers.
  3. Implement quality assurance tests using test automation tools.
  4. Guarantee compliance with quality standards for released and new products.
  5. Verify product completeness and functionality in accordance with SRS/FS.
  6. Ensure user-friendly experiences for end-users.
  7. Configure setup and product process for users.
  8. Review and finalize user manuals according to product features and steps defined in the documents.
  9. Prepare and sign test reports with Product Manager approval.
  10. Develop QA standards to minimize testing cycles.
  11. Provide product training to operations, sales, and technical writers teams.
  12. Maintain release compliance with project plans.
  13. Collaborate with Product Managers to understand domain knowledge and prepare functional test cases.
  14. Report and verify bug suggestions for delivery and categorize them according to significance.
  15. Verify project patches and acquire next iteration dates from Project Managers.
  16. Test deployment packages for fresh installations and upgrades.
Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of QA Lead experience in a similar organization.

Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
