Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, organization, and monitoring of activities related to Raw Materials, Packaging, and Processes during Production. You will also design corrective measures and oversee situations in case of non-conformance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all received Raw Materials and Packaging comply with specified norms.
  • Implement quality standards for Raw Materials, Packaging materials, and finished products.
  • Develop and implement Norms, SOPs, and work Instructions.
  • Evaluate and analyze CPAR data, proposing necessary corrective actions.
  • Implement process and product standards provided by R&D.
  • Maintain the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, ensuring accurate records are kept updated.
  • Conduct training sessions and counseling as required, promoting individual growth and development.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the HOD or Management.
