Data Analyst - Business Insights Specialist

As a highly skilled Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.

This role requires expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data management. You will analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify correlations and relationships in the data.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Experience with SQL and data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
