Albasit Business Development (ABD) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager(Software) to drive sales and strategic growth in our software solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in target markets. You will work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and lead generation.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation.
  • Develop deep understanding of company software products and their applications across various industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to promote long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling value propositions and sales presentations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback from the market to influence product development and feature enhancements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.

3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the software/IT industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of software sales cycles, SaaS business models, and solution selling.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
